The Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled Security Installation Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, values quality craftsmanship, and enjoys delivering first-class installations.
You’ll act as a WRS ambassador on every site — representing our commitment to excellence, professionalism, and innovation. If you enjoy mentoring junior engineers or apprentices, your experience will also help shape the next generation of security professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Install CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems to NSI Gold standards.
- Ensure installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality.
- Accurately complete all installation reports and documentation using Uptick.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, keeping all parties informed throughout the project.
- Uphold strong health and safety practices at all times.
- Represent WRS Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and technical expertise.
About You
- Proven experience installing CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm systems (advantageous but not essential).
- Confident working on large-scale or networked systems.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communicator — both with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive team player who can also work independently.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
- Forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and ready to grow.
