Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator to oversee and support various construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication between teams and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong time management skills and experience with industry-specific software to contribute to dynamic projects within the commercial painting and decorating sector.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between different teams, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project progression
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and updates for senior management
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions
- Manage project timelines effectively through strong time management practices
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes to ensure clear communication across all parties
- Support procurement processes by tracking materials and equipment delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all project phases
Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong focus on time management to meet deadlines efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external clients
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues promptly

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
