Job Description: Key Account Coordinator
Position Overview
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Key Account Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our key customer and marketplace accounts, including Amazon UK and US. This is a varied role involving order processing, customer communication, stock availability, product listings maintenance and operational support. It would suit someone who is organised and enjoys keeping processes running smoothly. Amazon or marketplace experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace and Account Support
· Marketplace Account Support: Support the Ecommerce Manager in the day-to-day operation of Amazon UK and US accounts, helping to monitor account activity.
· Product Listings and Data: Maintain marketplace product listings, including Excel data entry, product information, images and web descriptions.
Orders, Stock and Dispatch
· Order Processing: Process Amazon FBA orders from shipment booking through to warehouse dispatch.
· Stock Coordination: Liaise with warehouse and stock control teams to ensure stock is available and delivery requirements are met.
· Sales and Stock Awareness: Review sales, forecast and stock information.
· Refunds and Account Administration: Process and manage Amazon refunds, coordinating with relevant departments where further information is required.
Wider Key Account and Customer Support
· Wider Key Account Support: Assist with customer operations for national, wholesale, export and other key accounts when required, including order queries, delivery schedules and ad hoc account administration.
· Sample Coordination: Coordinate sample orders for licensors and photographers.
· General Customer Support: Answer telephone queries and help resolve customer enquiries where needed.
Person Specification
Essential
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling product data, orders, stock and customer information.
· Good Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with listings, reports and operational data.
· Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
· Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising with internal teams and customers.
· A proactive and practical approach to problem solving, with the confidence to follow issues through to resolution.
· Good numeracy skills and confidence working with stock, sales and order information.
· An interest in ecommerce, marketplace trading or customer account operations.
Desirable
· Experience using Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central or similar ecommerce platforms.
· Previous experience in ecommerce, marketplace administration, customer account support or sales administration.
· Experience working with stock management systems, ERP systems, customer portals or similar business software.
· Experience using Microsoft Excel formulae, including lookups and other functions to manage or analyse data.
Working Conditions
The Key Account Coordinator position is a full-time office-based role.
Pay: £25,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
