Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments such as facial rejuvenation, skin tightening, and other non-invasive procedures with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a warm, friendly atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas according to health and safety regulations
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client progress, and aftercare instructions for future reference
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry trends to continually enhance your skills
Requirements
- Previous experience within an aesthetics, laser or skin clinic
- Core of Knowledge laser training
- Knowledge of professional or clinical-grade skincare
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures confidently and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and safety protocols relevant to aesthetic practice
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence in managing client appointments
- A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals
Qualifications
- Level 3 or Level 4 Beauty Therapy or Laser qualification
