Elm Lodge Care Home is looking for compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Support residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Assist with meals, hydration, and mobility
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Accurately record care and observations using digital systems
- Work closely with nurses and senior staff to deliver safe, high-quality care
What We’re Looking For
- A kind, caring, and patient approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
- Willingness to complete mandatory training and development
