Part-time Retail & Events Team - Belmont Rd, Belfast
Location: Olivia’s Haven, 34 Belmont Road, Belfast
We're looking for enthusiastic staff to join our retail and events team on the Belmont Rd, Belfast.
This role involves serving customers in-store and participation in events, to include setting-up, assisting participants, providing support in capturing content and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in fast paced event settings, and has a positive, can-do attitude. Full training will be provided.
About You:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
- Comfortable engaging with groups and providing hands-on assistance where necessary.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail or customer service a plus.
- Evening and weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, offering friendly, helpful advice to ensure a memorable shopping or event experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with the running of our in-store workshops and events including Pouring Club, plus private events and parties.
- Prepare materials and supplies for workshops/parties.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout events.
- Support with games and demonstrations during events.
- Capture content for social media content when required.
