About the Role:
As an employee, you’ll be at the heart of the action — helping players check in, serving drinks and snacks, and keeping the venue welcoming, clean, and buzzing with good vibes. It’s a hands-on, people-first role ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet players and assist with bookings/check-ins
- Serve fresh coffee, juices, pizzas, and snacks from the bar/café
- Support the team with venue upkeep and cleanliness
- Restock fridges, tidy common areas, and check court conditions
- Help out during events, socials, or leagues
- Be a friendly face — and a helpful one — for players of all ages
Who We’re Looking For:
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Barista or café experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Confident using till systems and handling payments
- Available for evening and/or weekend shifts
- Over 18s preferred due to licensing and closing shifts
Shift Pattern:
- Flexible shifts, including evenings (3pm–12am) and weekends
- Approximately 2–4 shifts per week, with lots of opportunity to pick up more
- We’ll work around availability where possible
