Experienced Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Conlon Home Care Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our small, independent domiciliary care agency.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred care and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the service remains fully compliant with all CQC legislation, regulations, and standards.
Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to a dedicated team of care staff.
Oversee the daily running of the business, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality care delivery.
Manage recruitment, induction, supervision, training, and performance of staff.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients, families, professionals, and external agencies.
Participate in the on-call rota, providing support outside normal office hours when required.
Monitor quality assurance, audits, risk assessments, and care planning.
Drive continuous improvement and promote a positive culture focused on excellence.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
Thorough knowledge of CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Flexibility to participate in the on-call rota.
