Responsibilities
- Analyse business performance against strategic objectives, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Develop and enhance commercial reporting, ensuring key performance indicators are relevant, accurate, timely, and aligned to organisational priorities.
- Identify new analytical approaches and performance measures, moving beyond standard reporting to uncover deeper insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders across Fees, Commercial and Finance teams to understand business challenges and develop meaningful analytical solutions.
- Drive a culture of proactive performance management by highlighting emerging trends and recommending actions before issues impact performance.
- Support strategic projects and business initiatives through modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and evaluation of commercial opportunities.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting outputs, working with relevant teams to improve data quality
- Monitor the impact of improvement initiatives, measuring outcomes and providing ongoing insight into performance against targets and strategic goals.
