Join the Team at Culture Coffee – Portstewart
Culture Coffee is currently hiring 1–2 full-time front-of-house team members for our Portstewart store, with an immediate start available.
We are looking for reliable, hard-working people who take pride in delivering great coffee, customer service and consistently high standards in a busy café environment.
Position: Full-Time Barista / Front-of-House Team Member
Location: Primarily Portstewart, with cover required in Coleraine and Ballymoney when needed
Pay: £13.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, approximately 30–40 hours per week
Start: Immediate
The role will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, food and drinks
- Delivering friendly, efficient customer service
- Working both daytime and evening shifts
- Supporting the team during busy periods
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation
- Helping cover shifts across our other stores when required
Applicants must:
- Have previous barista or café/front-of-house experience
- Be available to work a mixture of day shifts and evening shifts
- Be available to work weekends
- Be able to travel between Portstewart, Coleraine and Ballymoney when required
- Be reliable, flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Take pride in their work and be able to maintain Culture Coffee’s standards at all times
