Lighthall Under Fives Pre-School is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team.
Location: Layca Community Centre, Stretton Road, Shirley, Solihull Hours: Part-time, term-time only (hours to be discussed) Start Date: Sept 2026
About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality care and education for children aged 2–4 years. You’ll work as part of a supportive team, creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- A warm, caring and positive approach to working with children.
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
