Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. In this vital role, you will oversee daily activities such as stock management, shipping and receiving, and materials handling. Your leadership will ensure efficient workflow, safety compliance, and high standards of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including stocking, picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and load & unload operations
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels accurately
- Lead a team of warehouse staff by providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all warehouse operations, including heavy lifting procedures
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse management with strong leadership abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Fork Lift license required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in accordance with safety standards
- Skilled in stock control, shipping & receiving processes, and order picking & packing
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Strong communication skills for team coordination and safety enforcement

Pay: £31,000.00 per year
