Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Night Porter to join our team here at Highley Manor Wedding Venue. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure smooth operations and set up for the following day, and contribute to a welcoming environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality to develop their skills within a dynamic setting.
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all communal areas
- Provide information and support to guests staying overnight
- Clear down of communal areas and set up of tables for the following day's event
- Ensure the hotel premises are secure at all times
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts
- Organised, reliable, and presentable
- Able to work both as part of a team and alone efficiently
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £13.00 per hour
