We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely solutions to minimise downtime.
- Install and configure new equipment as per client specifications.
- Provide on-site support and training for clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the equipment effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, Hydraulic and electronic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence is Essential.
- Relevant qualifications are required.
