Overview
We are seeking friendly Food Hall Floor Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit. Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival
- Managing guest flow to minimise wait times and optimise seating capacity
- Supporting team members during busy periods to ensure high standards of guest experience are maintained
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the venue.
- Clean and sanitise all dining tables, chairs, and customer seating areas.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain all floor areas to a high standard.
- Clean and restock customer and staff toilets throughout the day.
- Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in line with hygiene procedures.
- Ensure all public areas, entrances, and walkways remain clean and hazard-free.
- Report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to management.
- Support the wider team with general cleaning and housekeeping duties as required.
- Adhere to all food hygiene, health and safety, and company cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English, both verbal and written are essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in hotel or guest services is advantageous
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
