We are seeking 2 dedicated Ground Workers to join our team, supporting a range of construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess practical skills in groundworks, with experience using various tools and machinery. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in outdoor work and specialising in groundworks. The successful applicant will contribute to the upkeep and development of outdoor spaces, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on all projects.
Most have experience in groundworks and block paving and all aspects off construction works,
Most have own tools and transport to get to jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all groundwork activities
- Operate hand tools such as spades, rakes, and shovels
- Use power tools and machinery including excavators for site
- Support construction activities by assisting with groundwork preparations and material handling
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure safe operation
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency on site
- Follow health & safety protocols at all times during operations
Pay: £20.00 per hour
