The successful candidate’s responsibilities will:
- Maintain current and accurate product and technical information on company systems to ensure LH products can be manufactured to meet required specification, product safety, legality & quality.
- Provide technical support on product information.
- Assist in the maintenance of Kosher and Halal certification and liaise with certification bodies.
- Check supplier information to ensure compliance.
- Provide information to customers as required.
- Take part in projects as required to support company goals.
- Produce reports, SOPs, notes of meetings and other administrative duties as required.
Essential criteria for this position are:
- Graduate (BSc) or equivalent, ideally in a Food Science or Chemical discipline
- An analytical approach to work and proven attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and Adobe
- Good organisational & administration skills
- The ability to prioritise work
- Rigorous attention to detail, accurate and consistent
- The ability to communicate to all levels of the business
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
