About Hello Skin Clinic
Hello Skin Clinic is a premium aesthetic, skin and wellness clinic based in Birmingham City Centre.
We are looking for a confident, professional and commercially minded Therapist + Sales & Appointment Setting Representative to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in beauty, skin therapy or aesthetics who also has strong sales, communication and appointment-setting skills.
About the Role
This is a client-facing, clinic-based role combining:
- Appointment setting
- Warm lead follow-up
- Treatment and package sales
- Client consultations and recommendations
- Client retention and rebooking
- Treatment delivery, depending on your qualifications and experience
The main focus of the role is to convert enquiries into consultations, appointments, deposits and treatment packages while providing an excellent client experience.
You will communicate with clients face-to-face, over the phone and through WhatsApp. You must be confident discussing aesthetic and skin treatments, understanding client concerns, explaining suitable options, handling objections and asking clients to secure their booking.
This is not an administrative or reception-only role. You will be expected to actively follow up leads, create sales opportunities and help grow clinic revenue.
Main Responsibilities
Appointment Setting and Sales
- Contact new enquiries quickly by telephone and WhatsApp
- Convert warm leads into consultations and treatment bookings
- Ask clients to secure appointments with the required deposit
- Follow up consistently with clients who have not yet booked
- Re-engage clients who have stopped replying, cancelled or did not attend
- Handle common questions, concerns and objections professionally
- Recommend suitable consultations, treatments, packages and memberships
- Follow up after consultations to help clients make an informed booking decision
- Encourage suitable clients to continue recommended treatment plans
- Rebook existing clients before they leave the clinic
- Promote current clinic offers and treatment packages
- Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, bookings and follow-up outcomes
- Help prevent leads from becoming cold or being lost through poor follow-up
Client Consultations and Treatment Support
- Welcome clients and create a professional, reassuring experience
- Understand clients’ concerns, goals and treatment interests
- Support consultations and explain available treatment pathways clearly
- Provide appropriate treatment information within your training and professional scope
- Refer clients to the appropriate practitioner or prescriber where required
- Set realistic expectations and avoid making guarantees about treatment results
- Support clients throughout their treatment journey
- Maintain professional communication before, during and after appointments
Treatment Delivery
Depending on your qualifications, training and experience, you may also:
- Deliver professional skin, beauty, laser, body or wellness treatments
- Prepare clients and treatment rooms
- Complete treatment records and client notes
- Provide suitable aftercare information
- Maintain high standards of treatment safety, hygiene and professionalism
- Identify appropriate opportunities for rebooking or recommending another suitable service
All treatments must be delivered within your qualifications, training and professional scope.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Able to work independently without constant supervision

Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:
- Beauty therapy
- Skin therapy
- Aesthetic treatments
- Aesthetic clinic support
- Laser hair removal
- Advanced facials
- Body treatments
- Client consultations
- Treatment sales
- Appointment setting
- Warm lead follow-up
- Telephone sales
- WhatsApp sales conversations
- Package, course or membership sales
A recognised beauty, skin, laser or aesthetics qualification would be highly beneficial.
Requirements
- Minimum two years’ relevant experience preferred
- Previous experience within a beauty, skin, wellness or aesthetic clinic environment
- Good knowledge of aesthetic, skin or treatment-based services
- Strong telephone, WhatsApp and face-to-face communication skills
- Proven confidence in sales, appointment setting or treatment recommendations
- Comfortable working six days per week
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable, punctual, organised and proactive
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow clinic procedures and maintain client confidentiality
- Eligible to work in the UK
This Role Is Not Suitable for Someone Who:
- Does not enjoy speaking to clients
- Avoids telephone calls or sales conversations
- Is uncomfortable following up enquiries
- Gives up after one unanswered call or message
- Prefers an admin-only or reception-only position
- Is uncomfortable asking for bookings, deposits or rebookings
- Is slow to respond to client enquiries
- Requires constant supervision
- Is not motivated by targets and results
- Is unwilling to take responsibility for their lead follow-up
- Does not have a genuine interest in the aesthetics and skin industry
