Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our patrons. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing assistance and recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing laws.
- Manage time effectively to fulfil orders promptly during peak hours while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- A passion for bartending and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and assist colleagues when needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.
