Airbnb & Holiday Let Cleaner

At Bionex Cleaning & Decontamination Specialists Ltd, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional cleaning standards and outstanding customer service. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a reliable, hard-working and detail-oriented cleaner to join our expanding holiday let team.
This role focuses on Airbnb and holiday cottage changeover cleans, ensuring every property is presented to an exceptional standard for arriving guests. Attention to detail is essential, as every clean directly impacts our clients' reviews and reputation.
The Role
- Carry out high-quality Airbnb and holiday let changeover cleans.
- Prepare properties for arriving guests to an exceptional standard.
- Change bed linen and make beds to a hotel-quality finish.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.
- Restock guest consumables where required.
- Identify and report maintenance issues or property damage.
- Take photographs where requested for quality control.
- Work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Takes pride in producing consistently high standards.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Has previous cleaning experience (holiday lets, domestic or commercial preferred but not essential).
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle.
- Is flexible, as work can include weekends and bank holidays depending on guest changeovers.
Hours
This is a flexible, part-time position. Hours are dependent on booking levels and seasonal demand. Normally between the hours of 10-4.
During busy periods such as school holidays and the summer season, additional hours will regularly be available. During quieter months, hours may reduce accordingly.
