Join Our Team at Percy House: Part-Time Support Worker (Flexible Hours)
We are looking to recruit two new members to join our dedicated staff team on a part-time basis, with flexible working hours available to suit your lifestyle.

The Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents and outreach clients, helping them to live fulfilling and independent lives while ensuring their individual needs are met.
Key Responsibilities – Residential Services
- Deliver person-centred care and support in line with individual care plans.
- Support residents with activities of daily living, including personal care where required.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with residents.
- Encourage participation in social, recreational, and leisure activities.
- Promote independence and support residents to achieve their full potential.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment both inside and outside the home.
- Assist with the assessment, implementation, and review of care plans and risk assessments.
- Support and monitor medication administration in accordance with care plans and relevant guidelines.
- Attend and actively participate in training sessions, supervision, and staff meetings.
- Follow all Percy House policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines.
Key Responsibilities – Outreach Services
- Support clients to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
- Develop positive and respectful working relationships with clients.
- Encourage engagement in community, social, and leisure activities.
- Promote independence and support clients in achieving personal goals.
- Assist with the assessment, implementation, and review of care plans and risk assessments.
- Support and monitor medication in accordance with care plans and relevant guidelines.
- Attend mandatory training and staff meetings.
- Comply with all Percy House policies and procedures.
