Examples of our work might involve the the preparation of expert reports on a range of economic and finance issues in litigation and international arbitration proceeding s, including for example assessing economic damages or valuing companies ; supporting regulators and regulated companies in price control determinations (e.g. cost of capital estimation, financeability analysis) ; regulatory due diligence support to investors acquiring regulated infrastructure assets; evaluation of climate change and energy policies, including emissions, renewable energy and energy efficiency policies; the assessment of economic impacts including costs, benefits and other social effects of a wide variety of government policies and regulations to markets, businesses and assets; auction design and/or simulation, and competitors’ analysis; or th e development of pricing systems for transport infrastructure.
