About the Role
Gray Healthcare is recruiting a Female Support Worker to support an individual living independently in her own home in Lichfield. She receives 1:1 support, 24 hours a day, from a consistent female support team working day and night shifts.
This role focuses on supporting independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive engagement. The individual enjoys fashion, music, cooking, and accessing the community.
