Clinical Activities Co-Ordinator
£25,750 per annum (pro-rata £21,996)
30 hours per week over 5 days
We have an exciting opportunity for an Activity Co-Ordinator within our Clinical Community team based on site at the Hospice.
This role will focus on coordinating a range of appropriate activities for people living with a palliative diagnosis across Tameside and Glossop, and those close to them.
Working closely across the clinical team, this role will be responsible for group and individual activity planning that supports individuals to live well, maintain independence and get the right support at the right time.
We are looking for someone who has a real interest in palliative and end of life care, is keen to take a holistic approach to their practice and has developed skills to work autonomously in order to meet patient needs. This is a very exciting time as we further develop our services to provide a coordinated approach to the treatment of patients with palliative care needs.
