Sales Assistant
We are looking for motivated individual who understands the importance of excellent customer service, to join our London store, inside the prestigious international shopping destination, Burlington Arcade.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand customer needs
- Interest in luxury products and artisanal crafstmanship
- Italian speaker
- Proactive attitude and a desire to learn and progress within the industry
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Responsibilities: The Sales Assistant will be responsible for:
·Greeting customers entering the store and engaging them in conversation.
·Introducing the brand and explaining the products.
·Understanding customer requirements and managing the sales process.
·Providing input on the product selection and buying.
·Liaising with Head Office regarding customer requests and new collections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
