Overview
We are looking for candidates to make quality drinks, deliver exceptional experiences to our guests, whether they are visiting us for a drink or dining from our main menu or bottomless brunch offering. Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a warm and approachable manner, taking drinks orders efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and hot drinks efficiently
- Have an awareness of licensing laws in the venue and verify legal drinking age using the Challenge 25 approach
- Learn cocktail recipes and pour accurately when preparing drinks
- Keep the bar and bar tables clean, organised and well stocked throughout each shift
- Understand your responsibilities when opening and closing the bar
- We are one team at Panam, have willingness to support other areas of the building during quiet periods
- Handle guests questions or complaints professionally, aiming for swift resolution with the duty manager's support if necessary
Experience
- Previous experience working on a bar is required, however training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide outstanding guest services
- Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing and transactions
- Proven ability to manage under pressure
