We are looking for a Chef/ Kitchen Manager to join the team. The position can be part or full time depending on applicants circumstances and availability.
Serving a wide variety of food starting with breakfast, moving to a lunch menu. Covering traditional pub classics, light bites and carvery.
You will be able to refresh the current menus with your ideas and liaise with the GM to implement any changes you believe will help grow the business. We are looking for someone with drive to asssist in taking on new challenges. The role offers the right candidate the opportunity to utilise their culinary knowledge to make their mark on the kitchen.
We operate 6 days a week
Hours of food service:
Monday: Closed
Tues & Weds: 9.30am - 2.30pm
Thurs: 9.30am - 4pm
Fri: 9.30am - 4pm + 6-8pm for events.
Saturday: 8.30am - 4/8pm
Sunday: 8.30am - 3pm
Second Wednesday of every month 5.30-8.30pm
Saturday's are dependent upon the event. Sometimes food service finishes early allowing time to prepare the food requirements for private events.
Start date: Mid to late July
Rate of pay will depend on experience and whether the applicant us seeking full or part-time employment.
