Meadow & Finch Cleaning Services is a growing local business providing high-quality domestic and commercial cleaning services. We pride ourselves on reliability, exceptional attention to detail, and delivering consistently high standards for every client.
We're looking for a friendly, dependable cleaner to join our team on a casual, zero-hours basis. Hours will vary depending on client demand, with the opportunity for more regular work as the business continues to grow.
The Role
You will be responsible for cleaning a variety of properties, including:
- Commercial premises (offices, studios, and other workplaces)
- Domestic homes
- Holiday lets and serviced accommodation (where required)
You will work independently and occasionally alongside another team member, ensuring every property is cleaned to a high standard.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
- Be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in their work.
- Be able to work independently and manage their time effectively.
- Be flexible and willing to cover domestic and commercial cleaning jobs as required.
- Have a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided for the right person.
Duties Include
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising all areas.
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and communal spaces.
- Restocking consumables where required.
- Following cleaning checklists and company procedures.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damage.
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation at every visit.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
