Fire Door Maintainers and Installers required for ongoing site work in London and Home Counties. We are a newly established passive fire protection company, looking for experienced fire door maintainers and installers to join our team.
The ideal candidates will have experience in various carpentry tasks but mainly fire door installation and remediation and possess a strong work ethic.
Duties:
- Responsibility for Fire Door PPM, remedial repairs and installation works
- Occasionally assist with other carpentry/joinery works as instructed
- Ensure that all Fire Doors operates to specified performance criteria
- Provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction
- NVQ/City & Guilds in carpentry or woodworking or related trade qualification
OR
- Time served carpentry and joinery experience.
Applicants who have served a recognised craft apprenticeship will be preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Significant experience in Fire Door Surveys, door maintenance and door set installations/Replacements
- Significant previous experience in providing PPM building services maintenance
Knowledge of the BM Trada Q Mark Scheme would be beneficial

Pay: £25.00-£26.00 per hour
