Amazon Marketplace Manager – Seller, Vendor & PPC
Location: Manchester – Hybrid
Salary: £52,000–£55,000 plus bonus
Contract: Full-time, permanent
The role
ISO is a fast-growing UK beauty and personal-care brand with an established seven-figure Amazon business across the UK, USA and Europe.
We are bringing greater ownership of Amazon in-house and are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to take full commercial responsibility for the channel.
This is a hands-on role. You will personally manage Amazon advertising, marketplace trading and day-to-day account performance. You will be responsible for growing revenue, profitability, generic search visibility and market share across Seller and Vendor Central.
Responsibilities
- Own Amazon performance across UK Seller and Vendor Central, US Seller Central and European marketplaces.
- Deliver revenue, contribution-profit and market-share targets.
- Personally build, manage and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Monitor campaign delivery daily, correcting under-spending, exhausted budgets, inefficient placements and performance issues.
- Manage keyword bids, placement adjustments, budgets, search terms, negatives and campaign structure.
- Grow sales from high-intent generic searches rather than relying predominantly on branded demand.
- Track ACoS, TACoS, organic ranking, share of voice, conversion, CPC and contribution profit.
- Own marketplace trading, including pricing, promotions, deals, product launches and seasonal activity.
- Manage catalogue health, listings, SEO, A+ Content, Brand Stores, Buy Box performance and account health.
- Coordinate FBA replenishment, Vendor forecasting and inventory requirements with the operations team.
- Identify and resolve stock, compliance, billing and listing issues before they affect sales.
- Produce clear weekly reporting covering performance, issues, actions, owners and deadlines.
- Manage the transition of relevant activity from external Amazon agencies.
- Work closely with the directors, finance, operations and content teams.
Experience required
- At least four years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience.
- Strong experience managing Amazon PPC directly; agency management alone is not sufficient.
- Experience with both Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Evidence of growing Amazon revenue profitably.
- Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, organic ranking and non-brand customer acquisition.
- Experience managing ACoS, TACoS, budgets and marketplace profitability.
- Strong understanding of FBA inventory, forecasting, promotions and account health.
- Commercially confident and capable of prioritising activity based on profit and growth potential.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, founder-led business.
- UK, US and European marketplace experience is strongly preferred.
- Beauty, personal care, FMCG or consumer-brand experience would be advantageous.
About ISO
ISO is a UK manufacturer and beauty-hygiene brand with established sales across ecommerce, retail, TikTok Shop and Amazon. Our products include the UK’s leading makeup-brush cleaner, hypochlorous spray, cotton cleansing towels and sun protection.
Amazon is already a significant sales channel for the business, with considerable untapped opportunity across generic search and international marketplaces. This role will have the autonomy, backing and investment required to build that opportunity properly.

- The Amazon accounts and marketplaces you have managed.
- The approximate advertising budgets you have controlled.
- An example of Amazon revenue or market-share growth you personally delivered.
