SERVICE ADVISOR
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team in a challenging and diverse role.
You will be a strong communicator and be able to influence where needed. The role of a Service Advisor is a busy one, with no two days the same but also rewarding.

Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles
- Manage the flow of information between the workshop controller and the customer
- To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently
- Qualify service needs and establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
- Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity
- Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
- Provide guidance and support to service advisor and technicians
- Act as a liaison between customers and the service team to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Skills Required:
- Excellent organisational skills, and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of the motor trade is essential
- Excellent customer service skills both telephone manner and face to face.

Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 07:30 - 17:30
- Saturday 8:00am – 18.00pm
- 1 in 4 Wednesdays 07:30 - 17:30
Basic Salary: £28,000.00 - £35,000.00 + bonus earning opportunity

Experience preferred:
- 1 Year Service Advisor - (not essential- full training will be made available for the right candidate)
- Knowledge of the motor trade in main dealer capacity would be ideal.
