Pembrook Resourcing are recruiting for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join an established dealership in Basildon.

The opportunity
- £37,200 basic salary
- £47,000 OTE
- £44,000 guaranteed earnings for your first 4 months
- Top-performing technicians earning £65k+

The role
You'll be carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics and inspections, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You'll also:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately
- Complete vehicle health checks
- Identify additional work where appropriate
- Maintain high standards of workmanship
- Keep your technical knowledge up to date
What we're looking for
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
- Previous Vehicle Technician experience
- Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail
MOT Tester qualification is an advantage.
Franchised dealership experience would be beneficial, but we're happy to consider strong candidates from other automotive backgrounds.
