Responsibilities

- Support staff development programmes, including organising training sessions and mentoring team members.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of organisational policies and procedures.
- Oversee the delivery of programmes or services, ensuring they meet quality standards and organisational objectives.
- Handle customer or client queries efficiently, providing solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
- Support in organising events, meetings, and community engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records related to operations, staff performance, and programme delivery.
- Promote a positive organisational culture centred on teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Assist with teaching responsibilities where appropriate, contributing to educational activities or training sessions.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an educational or organisational setting.
