The successful Guest Services Supervisor will have the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
- A calm and professional approach, particularly in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
