We are looking for an experienced manager to join our small yet dedicated front of house team and ensure that all aspects of the bar are well operated and well maintained - someone who has ideally had a good number of years’ experience in a similar position.
You will be the face of the business therefore the right candidate will need to be friendly, approachable and an all round team player. We greet all our guests with a warm welcome and leave them with a lasting memory and a reason to return!
You will have had experience managing and leading a small team, taking the initiative to think on your feet, liaising between the restaurant, the kitchen and all our guests and reporting to the directors on a regular basis.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the pub along side the senior management so you must be proficient in every aspect of the front of house arena (including waiting, bartending, cellar management and stock control). You must be comfortable dealing with staff and customer issues, maintaining KPI's, ensuring margins are being respected and being generally knowledgeable and competent in hospitality management.
You will need to have a bubbly personality, be well presented, approachable and a team player with buckets of common sense.
Having marketing or social media experience is a bonus but not essential.
