KOHL Lounge is a modern restaurant, café and bar located within The Old Palace Lodge Hotel, Dunstable. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Front of House Team Member with strong Barista and Bartending skills to join our team.

Job Details
- Part-time – 20 hours per week
- £12.71 per hour
- Immediate start available
- Opportunity to progress to a full-time position as the business grows
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
- Prepare high-quality speciality coffees using commercial coffee equipment.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant, café and bar.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front of house team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and licensing procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, bar or hospitality environment.
- Confident and experienced Barista.
- Confident and experienced Bartender.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
