Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our professional beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail services, specifically a wide range of manicures and pedicures, ensuring clients leave feeling pampered and satisfied. The position is suitable for individuals passionate about beauty and personal care.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, nail tips and BIAB according to client preferences.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sterilisation in all tools and work areas.
- Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable nail services and colour choices.
- Ensure client comfort throughout treatments by delivering friendly and professional service.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products through ongoing training.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity.
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician within a beauty salon or spa.
- Must be E-drill trained.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Organised with attention to detail to deliver precise and high-quality nail treatments.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings if required.
- A recognised qualification in nail technology is required. This position offers a rewarding environment for passionate professionals who deliver outstanding client care.
Hours
This position would be ideal for someone able to work flexibly on a part-time basis, and particularly with the ability to work one or two evenings a week and some Saturdays.
