Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy Domestic Cleaner to provide high-quality cleaning services in private homes. The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment and will be able to work independently while following agreed cleaning schedules and standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other household spaces. Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean floors and surfaces.
- Empty bins and dispose of household waste appropriately.
- Clean windows, mirrors, appliances, and other household fixtures as required.
- Change bed linen and make beds.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow individual clients' cleaning preferences and instructions.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or shortages of cleaning supplies.
- Respect clients' privacy, property, and personal belongings at all times.
- Experience
- Previous domestic cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Trustworthy and respectful of clients' homes and privacy.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must own car with clean license.
- Successful candidate must provide references. DBS checks will also be carried out.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
