Duties
- Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet clients' needs and preferences.
- Good experience of working on a salon floor with clients comfortably (hair cut and style, Wella colour, foiling, blow dry).
- Able to work on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
- Able to cut both male and female clients.
- Able to organise own time and column.
- Engage with clients to understand their desired looks and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good condition.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to salon revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Willingness to develop and grow.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist/Hairdressing: 3-4 years (preferred)
- stylist: 3-4 years (preferred)
- Licence/Certification: Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 3 (preferred), Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2/ 3
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in store management or front desk operations is beneficial but not essential.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and product recommendations is desirable.
- A passion for beauty trends and continuous learning in the field of hairstyling is essential.

Pay: £22,420.00-£30,242.07 per year
