Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UPVC Window Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality UPVC window units, ensuring precise measurements, accurate assembly, and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute directly to delivering durable, energy-efficient windows that meet customer specifications and quality expectations. Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble UPVC profiles and components
- Measure materials accurately using basic math skills to ensure precise cuts and fitment
- Use sheet metal working techniques and welding processes such as TIG welding to join components securely
- Assemble window frames, sashes, and hardware according to detailed specifications and technical drawings
- Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for different window sizes and designs
Experience
- Prior experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments preferred, especially with UPVC or similar materials
- Hands-on knowledge of TIG welding techniques and welding standards is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal working equipment
- Mechanical knowledge related to window assembly processes and hardware installation
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
- Experience working with fabrication blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
