Personalisation Boutique is a growing, family-run business specialising in personalised gifts and bespoke products. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service, and we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to join us as we expand.
The Role
This is a varied hands-on role that combines production, artwork preparation, fulfilment, and warehouse duties.
The successful candidate will initially support our personalised product production, along with picking, packing, stock control, and general warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing customer artwork files for production
- Operating basic laser engraving machinery
- Producing personalised products to a high standard
- Quality checking finished products and customer orders
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Stock management and inventory control
- General warehouse and fulfilment duties
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient working environment
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic IT and computer skills
- Experience working in a warehouse, fulfilment, production, or similar environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator
- Artwork preparation experience
- Experience working with personalised products or engraving equipment
Training
Full training will be provided on all machinery, software, and production processes. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and attention to detail who is keen to develop new skills within a growing business.
