We are looking for an assistant manager to help run a busy all-day wine bar and bistro. No. 34 in Lewes serves low intervention wines from small producers across Europe along with batch cocktails and a small, simple menu of European classics. The 50-cover venue has been open for 2.5 years now.
We’re looking for passionate and knowledge assistant general manager who has enthusiasm and an ability to share your love of wine and hospitality with the team and customers.
You’ll be working in an exciting environment with the owners to help curate the wine list and menu and drive the business forward.
You will run the service, be involved in serving wine and food and picking the daily wine specials. We want to create a fun, dynamic and friendly space.
