Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, well-organized, and personable Center Manager to run daily operations at either our Croydon or Sutton location. The right candidate will manage staff, communicate with parents, keep the center running smoothly, and ensure an excellent experience for every student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations at one center (Croydon or Sutton)
- Manage and support instructors and teaching staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment
- Communicate confidently with parents and track each child’s progress
- Handle class schedules, enrolments, attendance, and administrative tasks
- Assist with marketing events, trial sessions, and local outreach
- Ensure delivery of the Code Ninjas curriculum to a high standard
Essential Requirements:
- Must be proficient in English speaking
- Background or experience in coding or computer science
- Strong staff management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, clean, and well-presented at all times
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with parents and engaging with children
Preferred (but not essential):
- Experience working in a learning center, school, or tech education environment
Compensation & Perks:
