We're looking for a commercially astute Regional Revenue Manager to maximise revenue and profitability across a portfolio of hotels. Working closely with Hotel Managers, Regional General Managers and our wider Commercial Team, you'll influence business decisions, shape pricing strategies and identify opportunities that drive sustainable growth across Rooms, Food Beverage, Meetings Events and every other revenue stream.
Reporting to the Head of Revenue, this is an opportunity to make a genuine commercial impact across one of the UK's leading hotel management companies.
You'll take ownership of the commercial performance of your hotel portfolio, using data, market insight and commercial expertise to maximise revenue, profitability and market share.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing revenue strategies that maximise RevPAR, RGI, Total Revenue and overall hotel profitability.
- Managing pricing, inventory and forecasting to optimise short and long-term commercial performance.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities across Rooms, Food Beverage, Meetings Events and ancillary income streams.
- Analysing market trends, competitor activity and trading performance to make proactive, insight-led recommendations.
- Partnering with Hotel Managers and operational leaders to influence commercial decisions and improve business performance.
- Providing coaching and support to hotel teams, building commercial capability and confidence in revenue management.
- Ensuring revenue systems, forecasting and reporting are accurate, consistent and aligned with company standards.
- Challenging existing ways of working, testing new ideas and driving continuous improvement across your portfolio.
You're analytical, commercially curious and enjoy influencing others through data and insight. You can see the bigger picture without losing sight of the detail, and you're just as comfortable presenting recommendations to senior leaders as you are working through the numbers behind them.
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven Revenue Management experience, ideally across multiple hotels or a regional portfolio.
- A strong track record of delivering revenue growth, market share and budget performance.
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data and translate it into practical action.
- Experience developing pricing, forecasting and inventory strategies to maximise performance.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence using revenue management systems.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage multiple competing demands.
- Experience within the hotel industry. Knowledge of IHG, Marriott, Hilton or Accor revenue systems would be advantageous.
Our rewards package includes:
- Career development through fully funded apprenticeships and our internal development programme.
- Access to employee rates, offering huge discounts on hotel stays around the globe!
- Attractive discounts across a variety of major retailers, restaurants and days out.
- Free use of our gyms, pools, and leisure facilities.
- 24/7 access to wellbeing, financial, and legal support through out Employee Assistance Programme.
A member of our recruitment team will be in touch to arrange a 15-minute phone conversation with shortlisted candidates. This will be an opportunity to learn more about the role and for us to understand your experience in more detail. If successful at this stage, you will be invited to meet with the Hiring Manager.
We review applications as they come in, so apply early to avoid missing out. We may close the role once we've found the right person.
