Pay Rates
- Multi-Drop (Own LWB Van): Paid on a stop rate OTE £220 / day
- Multi-Drop (Company Van – min. L2H2): £120/day
- Early Morning (Own Van – min. L2H2): £680–£750/week
- Early Morning (Van Supplied): £70/day
- Early Morning Driver – Topsham (PAYE): £12.21/hour
- Saturday (own LWB van): £180 - £250 / day

Multi-Drop Parcel Delivery Driver (Self-Employed) – Exeter
- Deliver 60+ parcels per day to homes and businesses
- You will be paid on a stop rate (stops paid between £2.40 and £3.84 per stop, this price is if you are in your own vehicle)
- Full training and pre-planned routes provided
- Ongoing work, Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. start
- Use your own LWB van or our company van (experience required)
Early Morning Newspaper & Magazine Delivery Driver (Self-Employed) – Exeter
- 3:00 a.m. – approx. 8:00 a.m., 7 days a week
- Local, consistent delivery routes with low-traffic roads
- Use your own van or drive one of ours
- Weekly earnings: £680–£750/week (own van) or £70/day (van supplied)
Early Morning Van Driver (Temp to Perm, PAYE) – Topsham
- 4:00 a.m. – approx. 12:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday
- £12.21/hour PAYE – van, fuel, and insurance provided
- Temp-to-perm opportunity after a 3-month probation
- Deliver pre-packed orders professionally and efficiently
- Role includes occasional warehouse tasks (e.g., stock handling)
- Paid weekly and one week in hand
- Own transport to Topsham is essential due to early shift start
What We’re Looking For
- Valid UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points)
- Experience with multi-drop or warehouse environments preferred
- LWB van (if applying for self-employed parcel roles), or willingness to use our van
- Public liability and goods-in-transit insurance (self-employed roles)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and customer focus
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling where required
