Blue Smoke is Chester's newest BBQ destination, serving authentic smoked meats, loaded sides, bottomless sodas and great hospitality in a quick, casual setting.
We're looking for friendly, energetic and hardworking Floor Staff to help us deliver an outstanding guest experience from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Helping customers understand our menu and concept
- Delivering food and drinks to tables
- Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently
- Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked and presentation-ready
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Providing genuine, friendly customer service throughout every shift
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A friendly personality and confidence speaking to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
