Responsibilities

- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimise efficiency.
- Ensure timely service of meals whilst maintaining high standards of quality.
- Train staff on food production techniques, safety procedures, and customer service practices.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness and organisation to uphold health standards.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen setting.
- Extensive background in food production, cooking, and culinary arts.
- Demonstrable team management skills with leadership qualities that motivate staff.
- Solid experience in food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and serving practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
