Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated people to join our Front of House team here at The Five Alls. This would be a part time role, working in both our restaurant and bar with opportunities to grow and develop. While our front of house team members work in all areas of Front of House, this position would have a focus on restaurant service with previous experience in a similar environment desired.
Duties:
- Greet guests and seat them in the bar/restaurant or check them in to the hotel.
- Work as part of a team to deliver great food and beverage service to our guests
- Take orders in the restaurant and bar and use till systems to process orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of both front and back of house areas
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure all guests needs are met
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
- Experience in a restaurant or bar environment is beneficial
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
