Top Cut is looking for passionate and driven Head Chef to lead our Edinburgh kitchen.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing restaurant group as Top Cut continues its upward trajectory. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example and is committed to delivering consistently high standards.
You'll receive ongoing support from Top Cuts Glasgow's Head chef, giving you the opportunity to to grow within the business.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Head chef or an experienced Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
- Strong grilling and steak cooking experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A hands on-on approach with commitment to maintaining high food standards and excellent levels of organisation.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and enjoys developing a team.
What we offer:
- £40,000 salary.
- Estimated £15,000 annual tronc through our 10% discretionary service charge.
