Full time chef – Italian Brunch Café & Restaurant
We are a vibrant and growing Italian brunch café and restaurant seeking a passionate Part-Time Chef to join our team.
Our menu is inspired by authentic Italian flavors, combining classic brunch favorites with traditional Italian dishes such as fresh pasta, risotto, panini, and artisan desserts. We are looking for someone creative, reliable, and experienced in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality Italian brunch and restaurant dishes
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a chef or cook (Italian cuisine preferred)
- Knowledge of brunch-style cooking and traditional Italian dishes
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Availability on weekends and holidays
